General Terms of Service

This agreement is between GWS Ventures UG (haftungsbeschraenkt), located at Haydnstr. 8, 94333 Geiselhoering, Germany (henceforth "Virtual Staging Cloud" or "we") and the undersigned party (referred to as "you" or "the client"). By engaging with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern all contracts you enter into with GWS Ventures UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) via the www.virtualstaging.cloud website, to which you have consented.

Your contract with Virtual Staging Cloud is established upon clicking the "Subscribe now" button.

Your orders are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London ("Paddle"). By ordering, you agree to a separate contract with Paddle, governed by your agreement with them. Your contract with Paddle is independent of, yet does not negate, your contract with Virtual Staging Cloud. Canceling or terminating your agreement with Paddle does not impact your agreement with Virtual Staging Cloud. You are obligated to engage with Paddle for services and fulfill obligations to Paddle when you contract with Virtual Staging Cloud. Failure to honor this or prematurely ending the contract with Paddle makes you directly liable to Virtual Staging Cloud.

Your subscription's length is based on either a "Monthly Plan" or "Yearly Plan" selection.

• Yearly Plan: You pay in advance for 12 months for the chosen plan (Small, Medium, Large). Cancellation is possible any time during the first 12 months, effective from the day that marks 12 months post-agreement date. Without cancellation, the subscription auto-renews for another 12 months, with similar cancellation terms. Virtual Staging Cloud can choose not to renew.

• Monthly Plan: You pay in advance monthly for the selected plan. Cancellation is possible within the first month, effective from the day that marks one month post-agreement date. Without cancellation, the Monthly Plan may convert to a Yearly Plan with the initial Monthly Plan's terms.

We offer a 7-day refund policy. You can cancel within 7 days for any reason and receive a refund for payments made. This applies to Monthly Plans too, but the right to cancel does not renew upon conversion to a Yearly Plan. The guarantee is void if more than 10 Input Images are used within the period.

Our service automates image creation or editing. We cannot guarantee high-quality standards and offer our services "as is". We may offer free revisions at our discretion.

We are not liable for any content generated by the AI that may be misleading, false, offensive, or illegal. We cannot be held responsible for any damages, including lost profits or savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services. We are not aware of how you intend to use the output data and thus cannot be held responsible for any damages stemming from your use of it.

You confirm that any content you provide us (text, graphics, images, etc.) is either owned by you or you have permission to use it. By using our service, you grant us a non-revocable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use this material. By registering with a company email, you permit us to use your company logo for advertising purposes and confirm that you have the right to do so.

Virtual Staging Cloud's offer is aimed exclusively at business customers. By concluding the contract you explicitly confirm that you are not a consumer. This Agreement shall be governed by Delaware law. Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Virtual Staging Cloud's principal place of business.

Our services are intended solely for business customers. By agreeing to this contract, you confirm you are not a consumer. German law governs this Agreement, and any disputes will be settled in courts near Virtual Staging Cloud's main office.

If any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
